About the role

  • Start your career as a Telesales Consultant handling customer enquiries
  • Drive increased sales volumes by making appointments with new customers
  • Attend the World Class Sales Academy and shadow operational and sales staff in the first 6 weeks
  • Service customers in a specific geographical area and support in servicing various washroom products
  • Gain exposure to various sales-based roles while being a Telesales Consultant for 46 weeks
  • Decide on your area of specialization after gaining a broad understanding of the business over 12+ months
  • Participate in local projects and complete the Leadership Development Programme

Requirements

  • A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (business related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management preferred)
  • A full UK driving licence or be working towards this
  • Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face
  • Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service
  • A desire to work hard and have fun.
