About the role
- Lead a team of content marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative environment, setting clear objectives, and aligning projects with the Company’s strategic goals
- Manage and enhance the content strategy across all owned digital channels, including the website, social media accounts, and YouTube channels
- Own and implement a performance-led social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms
- Drive employee advocacy and brand amplification through organic and paid social programmes
- Develop and execute robust content strategies that enhance engagement, conversion rates, and overall brand visibility
- Collaborate with UX and web development teams to ensure content meets technical and accessibility standards
- Manage the creation of diverse content forms such as blog posts, social media content, videos, and infographics
- Ensure all content is optimised for search engines and effectively distributed across appropriate channels to maximise reach and engagement
- Lead highly targeted, data-driven B2B campaigns across paid, social, and third-party channels
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, CRO experiments, retargeting, and audience segmentation
- Support marketing strategies by implementing targeted lead-nurturing campaigns and optimising conversion paths
- Monitor, analyse, and report on content performance and SEO effectiveness
- Work closely with internal teams, partner markets, and regional leads to ensure content alignment and adoption of best practices
- Manage the content budget, allocating resources for content production, tools, and paid activity effectively
- Lead Managed Services and digital‑transformation projects end‑to‑end.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in digital content roles, ideally within a B2B services environment.
- Proven track record in B2B digital content marketing, SEO, and social media strategy
- Experience delivering measurable results in lead generation, audience engagement, and conversion metrics
- Knowledge of content production across multiple formats, including video, web, and social
- Practical experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube
- Experience leading a team, with strong skills in team development and performance management
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate content performance and CRO experiment outcomes to optimise strategies
- Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Conductor, Sprinklr, GA4, FullStory, Optimizely, etc.
- Familiarity with image/ video tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
