About the role
- Involved in the full cycle of improvement projects
- Understanding and defining problems facing a company, developing and implementing solutions to address these problems
- Measuring the impact of the changes
- Dealing with management and C-level executives
- Advising and assisting with the identification, development, and implementation of solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, ideally in management consulting, program management, or project management
- Right to work in Saudi Arabia OR UAE
- Analytical, Creative Thinking, Assertive, Multi-Tasker and Ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and highly preferable full understanding of English
- An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite
