About the role

  • Actively shape and support change and transformation processes
  • Further develop organizational structures, role models and modern ways of working
  • Provide strategic advice and act as a sparring partner to the executive team and managers
  • Design and implement training, development and leadership programs
  • Establish and advance feedback, performance and talent management processes
  • Develop sustainable retention strategies for key positions
  • Use people analytics to derive well-founded strategic decisions
  • Ensure lasting integration of development and change initiatives across the organization

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • At least 10 years of experience in organizational and/or personnel development
  • Solid expertise in supporting change and transformation processes
  • Confident advisory skills when working with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience handling HR metrics
  • Excellent communication and conceptual skills, high empathy and conflict-resolution competence
  • Drive to shape initiatives, a strong sense of responsibility and commercial/business-oriented thinking
  • Experience in a law firm or consulting environment is an advantage
