About the role
- Actively shape and support change and transformation processes
- Further develop organizational structures, role models and modern ways of working
- Provide strategic advice and act as a sparring partner to the executive team and managers
- Design and implement training, development and leadership programs
- Establish and advance feedback, performance and talent management processes
- Develop sustainable retention strategies for key positions
- Use people analytics to derive well-founded strategic decisions
- Ensure lasting integration of development and change initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- At least 10 years of experience in organizational and/or personnel development
- Solid expertise in supporting change and transformation processes
- Confident advisory skills when working with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities and experience handling HR metrics
- Excellent communication and conceptual skills, high empathy and conflict-resolution competence
- Drive to shape initiatives, a strong sense of responsibility and commercial/business-oriented thinking
- Experience in a law firm or consulting environment is an advantage
