Counselor

• Provide direct clinical services to individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (biopsychosocial and ASAM level of care determinations)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual counseling sessions based on medical necessity
• Facilitate group therapy sessions (IOP and OP), including: Psychoeducation, Relapse prevention, Coping and life skills
• Collaborate with therapists, PRP staff, medical providers, and care team members
• Coordinate referrals to detox, higher levels of care, and community resources
• Support discharge planning and aftercare services
• Complete progress notes within 24–48 hours of service delivery
• Maintain documentation in compliance with CARF standards, Maryland COMAR regulations, Medicaid/payer requirements
• Conduct treatment plan reviews and ASAM reassessments as required
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary
• Support clients with relapse prevention and stabilization strategies
• Attend clinical supervision, team meetings and case conferences, required trainings and quality improvement activities

Medical Director

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for all onsite/offsite staff
• Collaborate with CEO to prepare and manage a budget
• Maintain high quality clinical skills and ensure clinical coverage
• Facilitate ongoing clinical collaboration and participate in meetings
• Manage overall scheduling of consumers and oversee timeliness of required documentation
