10+ years experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Technical Delivery Leadership.
3+ years leading TPMs and/or scaling program management in a growing organization.
Strong cross-functional leadership across Product + Engineering (and comfort working closely with Ops).
Track record of delivering multi-team, multi-quarter initiatives with clear business and customer outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive-level reporting.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and continuously improving systems without adding unnecessary process.
Solid technical fluency (able to partner effectively with engineering teams on scope, sequencing, and risk).
Strong product execution instincts (customer impact, roadmap delivery, launch readiness, adoption).
Familiarity with release management, incident/escalation workflows, and operational readiness.
Experience partnering with Customer Success, Sales & Support Teams.
Experience in a B2B2C, marketplace, or operationally complex business is a bonus.
Experience with consumer-facing software products and platform integrations is a bonus.
Experience working in the energy industry is nice to have, but not required.
