About the role
- First point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions
- Coordinate the recruiting process (job postings, candidate correspondence, interview coordination)
- Prepare employment contracts, references and other HR documents
- Manage personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding (AHV / BVG / withholding tax)
- Maintain and manage employee data in the HR system
- Handle payroll preparation and work closely with our fiduciary partner
- Contribute to HR projects and process optimizations
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship/business education with further HR training (e.g., HR specialist certificate or equivalent)
- Professional experience in HR
- Excellent German skills, spoken and written
- English skills are an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with HR tools/systems
- Work discreetly, reliably and in a structured manner
- Enjoy supporting colleagues and be a team player
