About the role

  • First point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions
  • Coordinate the recruiting process (job postings, candidate correspondence, interview coordination)
  • Prepare employment contracts, references and other HR documents
  • Manage personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding (AHV / BVG / withholding tax)
  • Maintain and manage employee data in the HR system
  • Handle payroll preparation and work closely with our fiduciary partner
  • Contribute to HR projects and process optimizations

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship/business education with further HR training (e.g., HR specialist certificate or equivalent)
  • Professional experience in HR
  • Excellent German skills, spoken and written
  • English skills are an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with HR tools/systems
  • Work discreetly, reliably and in a structured manner
  • Enjoy supporting colleagues and be a team player
