About the role

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities: Research target markets, identify potential clients, and develop prospecting strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Engage and qualify prospects: Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking to understand client needs, assess fit, and progress qualified leads through the sales funnel.
  • Develop and present proposals: Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches that clearly communicate value propositions and address client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Lead contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and closing activities to secure new business and meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain client relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients to support repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Degree or certification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management roles.
  • Experience working in B2B, SaaS, or service-based environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to business growth.
