Sales Operations Manager

• Own and manage the CRM system (Pipedrive CRM), ensuring accuracy, structure, and real-time tracking of all partner and deal activity
• Design, improve, and implement scalable sales processes, workflows, and systems
• Build and maintain efficient pipeline management frameworks, ensuring consistent tracking of leads and deal progression
• Establish and enforce best practices for CRM usage, data integrity, and operational consistency
• Analyse pipeline performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and efficiency
• Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Oversee onboarding workflows, including partner setup and helping prospects to leverage tools and resources
• Manage deal creation and lifecycle tracking from application through to completion
• Introduce automation and tools to streamline operations and reduce manual work
• Provide reporting and actionable insights to support decision-making
• Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions
• Collaborate closely with leadership to support business growth initiatives
