About the role

  • Senior RevOps Process Specialist to lead sales process improvements at Remote's global team.
  • Lead initiatives for sales process improvement, architectural simplification, and BPM implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable processes in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation; ensure scalability for growth.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis; define problems, gather data, implement solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and other systems; develop best practices for data quality.
  • Work location: Anywhere; Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Remote Compensation Philosophy: salary range 40,900 to 92,050 USD; base pay depends on location and skills.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience and deep expertise in operations, with a preference for business, revenue, or sales operations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams to design scalable processes within Salesforce, HubSpot, and other systems.
  • Experience utilizing tools such as LeanData, Zapier, Camunda, or similar to streamline and optimize processes.
  • BSc/MSc degree in Management, Business or a similar
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Expertise in all phases of a project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Exceptional resourcefulness for solving problems and making strategic decisions in uncertain situations
  • Strong organisational skills, autonomously balancing multiple priorities and optimising critical paths
  • Advanced experience in root-cause analysis
  • Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
  • You possess a good understanding of process design, an eye for detail, and have a drive to make things more efficient, repeatable and scalable.
  • Data-driven and continuous improvement mindset (system thinker)
  • Previous experience with Business Process Methodologies (BPM) (preferred)
