Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships while consistently managing expectations and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Guide clients on best practices, advise client growth on the Salesforce platform, and offer proactive and creative solutions while anticipating client needs.
Coordinate and complete the configuration of MCAE features such as automation rules, email templates, forms and CRM connector setup.
Maintain project timelines, communication plans and delivery documentation.
Review statements of work with clients and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or other marketing automation implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, including automation and CRM integration.
Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast turnaround projects with strict deadlines.
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with a keen attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Self-driven and resourceful, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining high client satisfaction.
