The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of client projects, from concept through delivery.
You will collaborate with internal designers, external factories, and client teams to ensure seamless execution of retail displays and promotional activations.
Manage end-to-end project delivery from client brief intake to design coordination, sourcing, production, and logistics.
Collaborate with the design team to guide creative direction based on client needs and brand standards.
Source and coordinate with international factories and vendors (China, Colombia, USA, etc.) to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production.
Create and maintain detailed project timelines and budgets; ensure all milestones are met on schedule.
Communicate with clients regularly to provide project updates, resolve issues, and present creative/product solutions.
Ensure quality control from prototype through final delivery.
Track project profitability and contribute to hitting the company's revenue and client contracts Targets.
Drive innovation by identifying new materials, techniques, and creative approaches for retail displays and promotional activations.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in project management, production management, or design/retail display development.
Excellent communication in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus).
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Schedule Flexibility since the client works with companies worldwide.

Salary: 2,000 USD Monthly
