About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across German-speaking markets.
  • Engage with clients and hiring managers in German and English to understand hiring needs.
  • Proactively source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment CRM tools.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments in German.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using internal CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with a mature, goal-driven team in a supportive, remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with strong professional proficiency in English.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or internal), ideally with international or European exposure.
  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment, including business development and client management.
  • Comfortable with high activity levels in a KPI-led environment.
  • Experience using recruitment CRMs and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, Lusha) is a plus.
  • Must be based in South Africa, with a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
