About the role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with UK-based employers
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a range of sourcing tools
- Write and post compelling job adverts to attract top talent
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and feedback loops
- Maintain accurate records using the company’s ATS or CRM systems
- Meet and exceed monthly targets related to placements and client engagement
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights to advise clients effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant or resourcer
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and candidate pipelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM/ATS platforms
- Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team contributor
- Reliable internet connection and own laptop essential
