About the role
- Conduct talent sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Support recruitment consultants by researching candidate profiles and market insights
- Create and maintain accurate records of candidate data and sourcing activity
- Assist in preparing shortlists for various roles across sectors
- Track market trends and gather information on competitor hiring practices

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment support, resourcing, or administrative role
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, or job board platforms (beneficial)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
