About the role
- Lead and develop a global team of Account Managers across multiple customer segments
- Own retention, expansion, renewals, and revenue growth across hundreds of key customers
- Build scalable processes, playbooks, and methodologies that elevate AM performance
- Partner with product, support, and sales to create a unified customer lifecycle
- Step in as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts when needed
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting models that guide operational excellence
- Hire, coach, and grow high performing AM talent as the function scales
- Build rigorous QBR, value realisation, and adoption frameworks
- Influence GTM strategy through customer insights and data driven recommendations
Requirements
- Experience leading AM or Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record driving expansion, renewals, and NRR improvement
- Strong operational instincts with the ability to build structure at speed
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills
- Comfort working directly with enterprise level customers
- Passion for developing people and building high trust teams
- Ability to thrive in a high growth, high accountability environment
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands on
