About the role

  • Lead and develop a global team of Account Managers across multiple customer segments
  • Own retention, expansion, renewals, and revenue growth across hundreds of key customers
  • Build scalable processes, playbooks, and methodologies that elevate AM performance
  • Partner with product, support, and sales to create a unified customer lifecycle
  • Step in as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts when needed
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting models that guide operational excellence
  • Hire, coach, and grow high performing AM talent as the function scales
  • Build rigorous QBR, value realisation, and adoption frameworks
  • Influence GTM strategy through customer insights and data driven recommendations

Requirements

  • Experience leading AM or Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record driving expansion, renewals, and NRR improvement
  • Strong operational instincts with the ability to build structure at speed
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills
  • Comfort working directly with enterprise level customers
  • Passion for developing people and building high trust teams
  • Ability to thrive in a high growth, high accountability environment
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands on
