Assist US-based executives with daily operations of the company
Efficiently manage phone calls and emails
Maintain and update the executive's calendar; schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in databases
Communicate with the client and stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing; provide project updates and coordinate project-related activities
Manage and monitor social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies and initiatives that align with company goals and objectives
Serve as a founding member to lead building of the team and operations in the Philippines and help build company culture
Requirements
4+ years experience as Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant
Fluent English speaking ability and experience working with native English speaking clients or managers
Comfortable working under pressure with immediate deadlines
Experience in a fast moving tech-type environment is a plus
Located or with roots in the Central or Southern regions of the Philippines; strong preference for candidates based in Cebu
