About the role
- Remotely install and configure telephony, connectivity, and related systems
- Deliver live training sessions to customers following installation
- Provide ongoing remote technical support and fault resolution
- Diagnose and resolve telephony, broadband, router, and network issues
- Maintain accurate records of installations and support activity
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Ensure service level agreements and customer expectations are met
- Configure routers and network equipment for upgrades and new services
Requirements
- Experience with telephony systems and VoIP platforms
- Strong understanding of networking, routers, and broadband services
- Confident troubleshooting technical issues remotely
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
