About the role
- Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, and niche job boards.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future requisitions, tracking metrics like response rates and pipeline conversion.
- Craft personalized outreach messages, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews while ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements, promote employer branding, and leverage employee referrals.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Lever), report on sourcing effectiveness, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on sourcing experience in tech startups or scale-ups, ideally with remote/international hiring.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS like Lever/Greenhouse, Hunter.io) and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); Additional languages huge plus.
- Experience tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing outreach in cross-time-zone environments.
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and comfort in a dynamic startup with ambiguity.
- Familiarity with global compliance (e.g., GDPR) and remote-first cultures; scale-up experience preferred.
