  • Work in cross-functional teams, translating Remo’s high-touch care philosophy into functional clinical requirements that guide the development of internal tools and patient-facing interfaces.
  • Alongside the clinical team, provide rigorous clinical validation for new features, ensuring every technical iteration enhances the dyad relationship and adheres to the highest medical standards.
  • Build a clinical talent pipeline for our care model. Hire, supervise, onboard, and lead a team of clinical experts (e.g. Neurologists, Geriatricians, NP, Care Navigators, RNs, LCSW, Pharmacists ) to ensure that Remo’s clinicians deliver high value, empathetic care.
  • Direct the development of clinical protocols and ensure all telehealth services meet (and exceed) strict regulatory and compliance standards across all operating states.
  • Elevate Remo’s presence as a national leader in dementia care by spearheading our clinical thought leadership. You will represent the company at key industry conferences and author insights on the intersection of technology and dementia care delivery.
  • Define how we incorporate the disciplines of geriatrics and palliative care in our care model to deliver the highest quality care and best possible experience to the dyads we serve.
  • Develop a cohesive remote team culture by fostering deep clinical trust across a remote-first team.
