Account Manager

• Directly manage and coach the Japan AE and AM, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing mentorship.
• Act as a player-coach by personally driving sales and account management activities, especially in the early stage.
• Ensure high motivation, presence, and alignment of the local team.
• Identify and prioritize key prospects in Japan.
• Develop and execute strategies and tactics for prospect activation and conversion.
• Collaborate closely with the AE, Field Marketer Japan, and Director Global Sales Enablement to drive pipeline growth.
• Segment the existing client base (direct clients and agencies) and develop tailored strategies to grow and retain them.
• Guide and partner with the AM to strengthen relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Director Global AM Enablement on client strategies and delivery excellence.
• Increase Remerge’s local market presence by representing the company at events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
• Frequently join AE and AM in client and prospect meetings, ensuring executive visibility and stronger relationship-building.
• Partner with regional leadership and global functions (Enablement, Marketing, Operations) to align on GTM initiatives and share learnings from the Japan market.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Japan within the global revenue leadership structure.
