Customer Success Manager

• Build and continuously improve Help Center content and self-serve knowledge base
• Own incoming support tickets and respond to customer inquiries
• Help maintain high response quality while adapting support processes and channels
• Develop and maintain Amplitude dashboards
• Contribute to data-driven insights across the team
• Prepare presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews, Academy sessions, and other internal and external formats
• Contribute to initiatives driving product adoption
• Identify upselling opportunities and help prevent churn
• Act as the voice of the customer and translate customer needs into product requirements
