About the role
- Support ongoing management and optimization of existing RiskNarrative customers to maximize value and ROI
- Coordinate and deliver technical and operational activity across Sales, Product Management, Software Engineering, Professional Services and Support
- Manage a portfolio of customers and ensure strategic engagement services deliverables are met
- Serve as an expert in RiskNarrative product suite and bespoke customer use cases to provide insight and guidance
- Identify platform optimization opportunities through regular reviews and data analysis and present findings to customers
- Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and ensure solutions meet objectives
- Define, build and deliver strategic roadmaps in coordination with Account Management
- Lead configuration, optimization, training and delivery projects and conduct regular strategic service reviews
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role (customer engagement / success / SaaS platforms), managing technical projects
- Exceptional technical or analytical experience; confident working with APIs and SQL
- Expert customer relationship skills and a client-first focused approach
- Problem-solving and investigative skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple streams of work simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Able to react well to rapidly changing requirements with a positive attitude
- Experience in financial crime & fraud sector is beneficial but not essential
