About the role
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects, including scoping, methodology definition, data analysis, and executive-level storytelling.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor by translating data insights into practical business recommendations.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and clients independently, ensuring alignment, communication, and impact.
- Design, refine, and champion analytics best practices across teams and functions.
- Drive organizational development by mentoring colleagues and training stakeholders on analytics approaches, tools, and best practices.
- Provide thought leadership within the analytics domain and contribute advanced insights to adjacent areas of expertise.
Requirements
- Advanced experience in analytics, consulting, or a similar field with a demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex initiatives.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders and clients.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and storytelling capabilities.
- Proven strategic problem-solving ability and thought leadership within an analytics domain.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and translate analytical findings into meaningful business outcomes.
