Requirements

Experience with data collection and preparation, including data cleansing, measurement systems, relational databases, and SQL queries to join and transform complex data.
Hands‑on experience with exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and data anomalies or outliers.
Strong data visualization skills, presenting actionable insights through clear, engaging dashboards and storytelling.
Advanced knowledge of visualization tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
Advanced computer skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel, with significant experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of ETL tools such as KNIME or Alteryx is a plus.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and collaboration skills with a business‑partner and customer‑service mindset.
