About the role
- Provide leadership in sales function and accountability for the performance of multiple direct reports
- Develop strategic plans and priorities, and align resources as needed
- Attract, recruit, and retain top talent to build a high-performance sales team
- Partner with cross-functional leadership team, providing feedback and collaborating on segment-level initiatives
- Manage multiple professionals, setting organizational priorities, and allocating resources
- Be accountable for end results, finances, budget, and exercises control over resources, planning, and policy formulation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Successful sales leadership experience in a complex solution or B2B environment
- Comprehensive understanding of information services industry and sales methodologies
- Experience working with the Salesforce.com CRM platform
- Proficient with virtual delivery platforms MS Teams, GoToMeeting, WebEx, and Skype
- Ability to travel based on customer needs.
