About the role
- Interact frequently with attorneys, legal professionals, and power users to generate clear customer requirements.
- Anticipate customer needs, especially around legal drafting workflows, and translate them into prioritized product opportunities.
- Understand how Create+ impacts customer satisfaction across drafting, review, and delivery workflows.
- Monitor legal industry trends, drafting practices, and evolving expectations around AI‑assisted writing.
- Aim to exceed customer expectations while balancing product viability and long‑term strategic goals.
- Gather insights from multiple sources—including user research, usage analytics, feedback channels, and market data—to guide product decisions.
- Make trade‑off decisions across competing priorities while maintaining alignment with Create+ strategy.
- Formulate and evaluate hypotheses using quantitative methods, including A/B testing of drafting and workflow features.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement through deep analysis of usage, adoption, and customer behavior.
- Independently manage day‑to‑day product issues and propose data‑informed solutions.
- Support go‑to‑market planning by clearly communicating customer needs and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launch plans and messaging for AI‑enabled drafting features.
- Provide product expertise for customer questions about function, pricing, packaging, and value.
- Solve customer needs through features that improve drafting efficiency, document quality, and workflow continuity.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) or a degree in a legal discipline (e.g., JD, LLB, LLM) combined with demonstrated technical competency.
- Prior experience with AI/LLM‑driven products, legal technology platforms, or data‑driven tooling.
- Technical fluency is essential regardless of academic background.
- 4–6 years of Product Management experience.
- Full ownership of a product area or multiple features.
- Shipped enhancements that improved customer satisfaction or business outcomes.
- Demonstrated strong product development knowledge, including business cases, product plans, and customer‑driven design.
- Successful participation in customer engagements.
