About the role
- Lead and execute analytic proofs of concept (POCs) and evaluations
- Translate client objectives into actionable insights
- Provide strategic advisory support to Sales and customers
- Identify emerging client needs via proactive analytics
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Modeling, and Engineering teams
- Support large customer engagements
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, Analytics or a related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience (e.g., Fraud, Credit, or Identity Verification)
- Advanced consultative skills
- Exceptional client service orientation
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and support the development of others
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of the risk information ecosystem
- Highly results-oriented with excellent time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
