About the role
- Resolve queries from internal client groups by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
- Contribute to the execution of frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee onboarding and offboarding, and retention of talent, within an area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements.
- Partnering with our talent acquisition team, ensure there are adequate pipelines of talent into the organization by understanding and assessing talent acquisition data, with a desire to lean into problematic or hard to find areas.
- Assist in developing and then work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
- Act as a team member supporting a change initiative by providing analysis or monitoring progress with guidance from a project/program manager. Understand and evaluate outcomes.
- Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovative processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.
- Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.
- Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology (AI use-cases), external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience preferred
- Knowledge of current HR practices, COE specialties, domestic and international employment laws (preferred)
- Comfort with analytical tech/tools strongly preferred.
- Analytical mindset and comfort in analyzing people data, metrics, trends and ability to interpret them into meaningful action
- Ability to collaborate strongly across a global, matrixed environment
- Experience with M&A and international employment preferred
- Ability to communicate impactfully
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across a commercial portfolio and prioritize effectively
