About the role

  • Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects, from exploration to delivery, within Propulsion Labs’ innovation framework.
  • Facilitate project team formation, internal recruiting, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Guide projects through structured phases (Explore, Discover, Grow), ensuring clear criteria for progression or termination.
  • Serve as the information hub for project teams, supporting decision-making and maintaining alignment with Propulsion Labs’ strategic goals.
  • Champion a fail-fast mentality, encouraging experimentation and rapid iteration.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes transparently to all stakeholders.
  • Support a psychologically safe environment where all team members can contribute ideas and feedback.
  • Adapt to evolving project requirements and organizational priorities.
  • Conduct user research and analyze market trends to inform product decisions
  • Continuously gather and incorporate user feedback to improve the product

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success in shipping impactful products or features
  • Strong proficiency with UI design/prototyping tools
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry
  • Passion for innovation, AI, data, and technology
  • Resilience and a proactive mindset, ready to pivot and pursue high-impact opportunities
  • Self-directed and able to define your role as project needs evolve
