About the role
- Build trust with account executives and act as a strategic partner to advance sales opportunities and achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain expert‑level knowledge of competitor solutions (pricing, capabilities, strengths/weaknesses) and help shape strategies to counter competitive threats.
- Engage regularly with clients and prospects to provide thought leadership, market guidance, and best practices in fraud prevention and identity management.
- Collaborate with sales teams on strategic account planning; support high‑value sales meetings, discovery sessions, and product presentations.
- Conduct deep discovery to understand complex customer workflows, risk challenges, and identity needs; recommend how LexisNexis solutions can improve outcomes.
- Lead persuasive presentations—communicating analytics, risk insights, and solution value to senior‑level decision makers.
- Serve as the voice of the sales organization during internal product planning, shaping enhancements based on market feedback.
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams to improve solution knowledge and sales effectiveness; evaluate training outcomes and adjust as needed.
- Foster collaboration across product development, analytics, and client engagement to ensure customer needs are addressed and opportunities are optimized.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; degrees in Communications or Psychology preferred.
- 5+ years of account management or business development experience with complex B2B integrated solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, training, or marketing.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience within or working closely with insurance companies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting to clients and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across internal and external teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate insights into recommendations.
- Strong time management skills with consistent adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%.
