About the role
- Identify key contacts and decision makers within customer organizations
- Create and implement Account Plans within prospective accounts
- Drive new business opportunities to exceed quota and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Implementation
- Provide accurate reporting and forecasting of sales
- Maintain current records and build account profiles in CRM
- Promote and deliver on any promotional product strategies
- Perform effective product demonstrations remotely
Requirements
- 5 years of success from B2B sales
- Technology solution selling experience in healthcare
- Proven track-record of success in prospecting
- Consultative Selling proficiency
- Experience in complex B2B/healthcare environment
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of regulatory environment in healthcare
- Ability to effectively influence in a matrixed business structure
- Willingness to travel (40% overnight)
