About the role
- Act as the go-to contact post-sales for a customer
- Manage customer onboarding, enablement and value realization for Solutions or Research Sales
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Account Support, and other support functions
- Ensure strategic goals are met and manage customer engagement
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct customer training and deliver tailored value stories
- Liaise between customer and product for product development
- Share success stories and communicate value proposition effectively
Requirements
- University degree/secondary education from an accredited university or equivalent, relevant experience
- Publishing background with SaaS experience valued
- Experience with products in product portfolio or similar products
- Fluent in English with exceptional engagement abilities
- Comfortable working in an international matrixed organization
- Self-starter with strong organizational, initiative and problem-solving skills
- Fluent with technology and ability to troubleshoot
- Basic/generic knowledge of wider Elsevier portfolio including Microsoft Product Suite
- Able to influence at high level including executive and end-user level
