About the role

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives
  • Managing territory projections and plans, and implementing sales activities that assess revenue potential, and target revenue opportunities
  • Working closely in a team environment with sales support and technical implementation employees to satisfy customer needs
  • This position is part of a strong comprehensive sales team including an Implementation Manager
  • Managing customer roadmap retention plans/actions to ensure protection of base revenue
  • Creating and implementing effective account/territory plans
  • Developing gap analysis techniques to determine incremental opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contact and meet with account decision makers to determine the business needs to penetrate new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in direct or solutions B2B sales, 5+ years of life insurance industry experience preferred
  • Experience in successfully building client relationships
  • Have prior experience working selling data solutions or SaaS solutions
  • Display excellent project management and analytical skills
  • Able to travel up to 30% as required
