Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for GTM initiatives, ensuring both activity (input) and outcome (output) metrics are tracked consistently.
Partner with Program Office, Portfolio Marketing, Acquisition & Engagement, Sales Enablement, and regional execution teams to align measurement approaches.
Deliver clear, actionable performance updates and recommendations to GTM leadership and senior stakeholders.
Support business planning by providing evidence-based insights and contributing to target setting for global programs and regions.
Pilot emerging tools and AI solutions (e.g., sales enablement platforms, content optimization, customer insights) in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
Collaborate with central and regional execution teams to design and run controlled experiments of AI solutions, capture learnings, and promote successful practices for wider adoption.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a related role in B2B or SaaS environments.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Curiosity and adaptability with new technologies; exposure to AI-enabled tools in marketing or sales contexts is a plus.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders, and driving adoption of new practices.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, outcome-oriented mindset.
