Requirements
- Previous sales experience (2 years or solid knowledge of the role and its challenges)
- Experience in marketing agencies is a strong plus
- Clear, persuasive, and personable communication
- Discipline and consistency in daily routines
- Proactivity to take initiative, propose ideas, and execute
- Active listening and a consultative approach
- Fluent in Portuguese (English is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive), WhatsApp Business, and organizational tools
