About the role

  • Develop the project plan, defining objectives, scope, schedule, required resources and risks involved.
  • Monitor the execution of activities, ensuring adherence to the schedule and to established quality standards.
  • Manage the team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance and promoting professional development.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings, prepare status reports and deliver presentations to the executive board and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the success of the project.
  • Act as an intermediary in client relations when necessary.
  • Provide direction to the relationship team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in B2B service delivery.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, other engineering disciplines or related fields is a plus.
  • PMP certification or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
