About the role
- Handle leads and prospective clients with a consultative approach
- Qualify leads to understand their profile and purchase intent
- Present and sell health insurance plans aligned with the client's needs
- Overcome objections and drive negotiations to closing
- Keep the CRM updated with all interactions
- Conduct active prospecting using the existing customer base
- Coordinate the onboarding process with carriers, ensuring efficiency and successful handling of documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience selling health insurance plans at brokerages
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Proficiency in sales techniques (SPIN Selling, lead qualification, negotiation)
- Experience with cold calling and inside sales
- Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Kommo), WhatsApp, and PABX
- Clear, persuasive, and professional communication skills
