About the role

  • Handle leads and prospective clients with a consultative approach
  • Qualify leads to understand their profile and purchase intent
  • Present and sell health insurance plans aligned with the client's needs
  • Overcome objections and drive negotiations to closing
  • Keep the CRM updated with all interactions
  • Conduct active prospecting using the existing customer base
  • Coordinate the onboarding process with carriers, ensuring efficiency and successful handling of documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience selling health insurance plans at brokerages
  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Proficiency in sales techniques (SPIN Selling, lead qualification, negotiation)
  • Experience with cold calling and inside sales
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Kommo), WhatsApp, and PABX
  • Clear, persuasive, and professional communication skills
