Product Manager

• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to refine and execute the product vision and strategy, focusing on backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement of platform features
• Align cross-team product strategies, drive experimentation, and ensure successful product launches to market
• Manage backlog and lead sprint planning: prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow across development cycles
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); track development progress, market release strategies, and sales targets, providing regular reports
• Develop and present short-term and long-term plans that align with business goals and secure executive leadership approval
• Translate business needs into actionable roadmaps reflecting business requirements and customer needs
• Engage with stakeholders including customers, prospects, executives, sales, marketing, customer success, service, and support to understand and enhance product value
• Leverage development, UX, and marketing teams to achieve objectives without direct reports
• Collaborate throughout the product life cycle from strategy and planning to QA and post-launch activities
• Make data-driven decisions using metrics, data, and user research to inform choices and justify decisions
• Be adaptable and take on roles necessary to guide products from concept to successful launch
