About the role

  • Work on the implementation and evolution of the ServiceNow CSM module, performing requirements gathering, process design, and ensuring alignment between business and technology.
  • Elicit and document requirements (Requirements Analysis).
  • Design and optimize processes (Business Process Design).
  • Translate business needs into solutions within ServiceNow CSM.
  • Facilitate workshops and support functional testing (SIT/UAT).

Requirements

  • Experience with ServiceNow CSM
  • Experience in Business Process Design and Analysis
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst on IT projects
  • Advanced English
