About the role
- Work on the implementation and evolution of the ServiceNow CSM module, performing requirements gathering, process design, and ensuring alignment between business and technology.
- Elicit and document requirements (Requirements Analysis).
- Design and optimize processes (Business Process Design).
- Translate business needs into solutions within ServiceNow CSM.
- Facilitate workshops and support functional testing (SIT/UAT).
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM
- Experience in Business Process Design and Analysis
- Experience working as a Business Analyst on IT projects
- Advanced English
