Account Manager

•Generate revenue by developing long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients across all business units.
•Field-based sales role focusing on meeting customer needs through technical expertise, solution development, and consistent client engagement.
•Identify new business opportunities, support product lines, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Lead sales process including lead generation, solution development, proposal creation, and closing.
•Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers; promote Instrumentation and Automation product lines.
•Conduct in-person sales calls, collaborate with factory representatives, and develop customer accounts via value-added services.
•Negotiate to deliver optimal customer solutions with high profitability; provide technical support and coordinate cross-functionally.
•Maintain accurate CRM records, respond to customer concerns, and maintain relationships with vendors and principals.
•Participate in training, sales meetings, and assist in training new employees.
