About the role
- Oversee and enhance the overall office environment, ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll be the go-to problem solver for workplace-related needs.
- Utilise AI-powered tools to reduce manual workloads and improve efficiency - think automating account setup, system access & reception services.
- Support team engagement by assisting with company events and social activities.
- Ensure routine administrative tasks require minimal manual intervention.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires (and establish AI driven workflows to assist us).
- Manage facilities, office supplies, IT support, and reception services.
- Contribute to shaping a positive and collaborative workplace culture. You have fresh ideas and high ownership. You'll work closely with the social committee to bring ideas to life.
- Support potential office expansion or relocation within the next year.
- Assist in shaping our San Francisco office environment, including event and benefits ideation and execution.
