About the role
- Own the Relay narrative and brand: articulate what we do, why it matters, and how we win
- Lead B2B marketing and GTM positioning: drive enterprise adoption, shape how partners understand Relay, and support integrations with clear, insight-driven messaging
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across creative, content, growth, and communications
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading a marketing function and managing teams in a fast-moving tech or crypto environment
- The ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships with product, growth, business development, and leadership teams
- A discerning eye for brand and high-quality design
- Having a strong personal brand and/or experience managing a high-visibility social presence is a bonus
