About the role
- Produce high-quality marketing assets across channels including paid media, web, lifecycle, social, and sales enablement
- Execute designs using established brand guidelines, templates, and systems—while maintaining a high bar for craft and consistency
- Adapt and resize creative for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring assets are optimized and on-brand
- Help maintain and evolve Relay’s design systems, templates, and asset libraries
- Manage multiple production requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a production design, junior design, visual design role (in-house or agency) or equivalent hands-on experience demonstrated through your portfolio.
- Strong foundational design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, spacing, and consistency
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing clean, accurate, polished work
- Comfortable working within brand systems and understand the importance of consistency at scale
- Eager to learn, grow, and receive feedback from more senior designers
- Collaborate well with cross-functional partners and communicate clearly about timelines and deliverables
- Proficient in tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
