• Support the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales assessment through deployment, training, adoption, and post-sales expansion.
• Help deliver successful deployments, train hospital staff, analyze utilization, and assist in identifying new opportunities for workflow automation.
• Support project managers in executing deployment plans and tracking progress.
• Assist with on-site robot setup, route mapping, testing, and configuration.
• Prepare documentation, schedules, and resource plans for go-live activities.
• Monitor early usage, gather feedback, and help customers reach stable adoption.
• Track utilization metrics, delivery volumes, and customer feedback.
