About the role
- Help design, build, and evolve the observability platform that supports critical, large-scale systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and leaders to shape the technical direction.
- Drive automation and strengthen monitoring, logging, and telemetry capabilities.
- Contribute to system architecture and participate in on-call rotations.
- Motivate the team through changes and failures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Solid software development experience (3+ years).
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Go Lang, PowerShell, C#, GitHub Actions or similar technologies.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and best practices.
- Experience with commercial cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP) and large cloud-native systems.
- Proactive problem solver with a hands-on attitude towards debugging solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile development methodology.
- Fluency in English.
