About the role

  • Lead and develop our technical support team
  • Work in 1st and 2nd level support and handle incidents and service requests (by phone or email)
  • Handle and prioritize order management for business and private customers
  • Administer and advise customers on virtual telephone systems
  • Process presales inquiries and provide consulting in collaboration with our sales team
  • Develop solutions for customers' complex issues

Requirements

  • Experience in leading and developing a team
  • Technical knowledge of networking, VoIP/SIP, cloud telephony, and fiber optics (LWL)
  • Some project management experience is a plus
  • You are business-fluent in German; good English skills are an advantage
  • Confident demeanor and a service-oriented approach to customer consulting
