About the role
- Lead and develop our technical support team
- Work in 1st and 2nd level support and handle incidents and service requests (by phone or email)
- Handle and prioritize order management for business and private customers
- Administer and advise customers on virtual telephone systems
- Process presales inquiries and provide consulting in collaboration with our sales team
- Develop solutions for customers' complex issues
Requirements
- Experience in leading and developing a team
- Technical knowledge of networking, VoIP/SIP, cloud telephony, and fiber optics (LWL)
- Some project management experience is a plus
- You are business-fluent in German; good English skills are an advantage
- Confident demeanor and a service-oriented approach to customer consulting
- Attention to detail, strong willingness to learn, initiative, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit
- Systematic problem-solving skills
