About the role

  • Attorney with a strong foundation in Civil Procedure and specialized practice in Credit Recovery for the banking and cooperative (credit union) sector.
  • Technical focus on strategic litigation aimed at maximizing asset recovery and reducing operational provisions.
  • Full command of enforcement proceedings for extrajudicial instruments, repossession (search and seizure), payment order/monitory actions, and reinstatement of possession (replevin/eviction).
  • Advanced experience in asset investigations and use of online attachment tools, as well as technical defense against procedural incidents and execution-related frauds, ensuring speed and effectiveness in the seizure of assets.

Requirements

  • Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration.
  • Preferably a specialization or postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in legal activities, especially in credit recovery.
