About the role

  • Monitor productivity and lead meetings with internal managers;
  • Lead improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize work and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
  • Assess operational and team performance;
  • Produce detailed operational and quality performance reports;
  • Review and adjust goals and strategies as needed, monitoring changes in the business environment and customer needs;
  • Improve and maintain management rituals and their evolution;
  • Apply PDCA and SDCA methodologies to achieve business objectives (customer satisfaction and productivity);
  • Manage capacity and headcount planning (installed capacity);
  • Act as a liaison with IT to translate identified needs into technical requirements, bridging business and technology language;
  • Partner with the Projects team to adopt new technologies to improve performance and reduce costs;
  • Seek insights for innovations (technological or otherwise) to contribute to business development.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Professional experience in strategic planning, performance analysis and monitoring, and continuous improvement;
  • Knowledge: Advanced Excel, quality tools, PDCA, Kaizen, and Change Management (Power BI is a plus);
