About the role
- Use diverse sourcing channels to identify potential candidates for both technical and business roles.
- Create and post job vacancies across multiple platforms, review applications, and select qualified candidates.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates in the U.S. market.
- Conduct interviews and support candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to identify and understand hiring needs.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of recruitment processes within the company.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a proven record of successfully filling both technical and business roles across industries.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Experience working with international and multicultural teams, with strong awareness of regional hiring practices.
- Background in a product company; experience in defence or aerospace recruitment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems and effective sourcing strategies.
- Ability to build long‑lasting partnerships with team leaders, managers, and other stakeholders, aligning hiring with their needs, values, and goals.
